High-Performance Electrical-Automation Solution and User-Friendly SCADA Systems for Gaziantep Treatment Plant by Deha Proses Otomasyon
As Deha Proses Otomasyon, the electrical-automation solution we provided for the Gaziantep Treatment Plant showcases our expertise in the industry. As Deha Proses Otomasyon, we take pride in delivering a comprehensive and innovative electrical-automation solution for the treatment plant established in Gaziantep. Within the scope of this project, we successfully manufactured Form2B MCC panels that allow each motor to be controlled locally, offering both user-friendliness and compliance with high safety standards. These panels were designed and integrated with VFD, Softstarter, and DOL circuits, ensuring maximum operational safety while enhancing energy efficiency. The solutions we developed play a crucial role in enabling the plant to deliver sustainable performance over the long term.
The project also featured the implementation of Siemens S7-1500H Redundant CPUs and IM 155-6 PN/2 HF modules, resulting in the creation of an advanced, high-performance control system. This system was designed to handle a total capacity of 1,000 I/Os, with an additional 20% reserved for future needs, ensuring scalability and robust resilience against potential disruptions. Furthermore, Redundant SCADA systems integrated with WinCC Professional were deployed to make operational processes more transparent and user-friendly. These systems, with their intuitive interface, allow operators to easily monitor and effectively control the plant.
